Oreo White Chocolate Coconut Truffles

These delicious medicated truffles are easy to make and will amaze your stoner friends, no truffle shuffle needed but always appreciated!

Oreo White Chocolate Coconut Truffles

Lets start with the basic recipe

1 lb Oreo cookies (3 sleeves)
8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 lb milk chocolate
1/3 cup medicated coconut oil

Directions

1. Using a food processor, grind cookies up.  Add cream cheese, medicated coconut oil and vanilla extract and blend until thoroughly mixed (there should be no white traces of cream cheese).

2. Refrigerate for 30-45 min then roll into small balls and place on wax-lined cookie sheet. Refrigerate again (I use the freezer) for 30 minutes.
3. Line two cookie sheets with wax paper.
4. In a double-boiler, melt milk chocolate. Dip refrigerated balls in the chocolate and coat thoroughly. With slotted spoon, lift balls out of chocolate and let excess chocolate drip off. Place the truffles on the wax-paper-lined cookie sheet.
5. Let cool and enjoy!  Store in airtight container, in refrigerator.
I usually get 24-30 medicated truffles with this recipe depending on individual size.

1. Ingredients, I switched out the nutribullet for a food processor

2. Put broken up oreo’s, cream cheese, vanilla and coconut oil into food processor
3. Blend until very creamy with no lumps at all
4. First refrigerate for about 30-45 minutes until mixture is hardened up a bit to be able to hold shape. Then roll balls onto wax paper or foil and put directly into freezer.
5. Melt chocolate (I used white chocolate here but dark works well too) and roll frozen balls to coat.
6. Coat balls once in the chocolate then come back and re-dip to fully cover and put back into freezer to set(about 30-40 min).
7. Enjoy, a crowd favorite!
