“When young Bill Hamilton decides to spend some time in exotic Tangier, he tells his mother he’s mainly looking for romance and adventure. But when he gets there, he finds much more than he bargained for. The first day he meets an old acquaintance, Charles Edgerton, aka “Chiller”, and before he knows it they’re off to the hashish dens in search of underworld spies and drug smugglers, dodging the local police at every turn.
